Setup

  1. Log in to your Zoho Forms account.
  2. Select the form for which you want to set up the outbound webhook.
  3. Go to the 'Settings' tab for the selected form.
  4. Scroll down and click on 'Webhook' or 'Integrations'.
  5. Click on 'Add Webhook' or 'New Webhook'.
  6. Enter the URL to which the webhook will send POST requests.
  7. Select the HTTP method (typically POST) and configure any additional settings as needed.
  8. Map the form fields to the corresponding fields in the webhook request.
  9. Save your changes by clicking on 'Save' or 'Update'.
  10. Test the webhook to ensure that data is being sent correctly.
