1. Login to your teams account
2. Click the "more"
3. Click Manage Channel and under Connectors hit edit

4. Search and add "Incoming Webhook"

5. Create a name for your bot and grab the URL provided after submitting

6. Copy and paste the URL into the proxyhook automation

7. Done!
