1. Log in to your Formstack account.
2. Navigate to the form you want to set up an outbound webhook for.
3. Click on the 'Settings' tab in the form builder.
4. Select 'Webhooks' from the left-side menu.
5. Click on 'Add Webhook' to create a new webhook.
6. Enter the target URL where you want to send the data.
7. Choose the method of transmission (GET or POST).
8. Map the form fields to the corresponding data fields (if needed).
