Background

Setup

  1. Log in to your OnScript AI dashboard and open the campaign you want to forward call data from.
  2. Navigate to Integrations (or Settings → Integrations) and choose Outbound Webhook.
  3. Click Add Webhook to create a new outbound webhook destination.
  4. Paste your ProxyHook source endpoint URL into the Destination URL field.
  5. Select the events you want to send (e.g. call completed, transcription ready, scorecard generated).
  6. Add any custom headers required for authentication or routing, then save the webhook.
  7. Trigger a test event from the campaign to confirm ProxyHook receives the payload, then enable the webhook to start streaming live call data.
